Would you rather take on a tyrannosaurus with a hat and cane, or a stegosaurus with wit, body missiles, leg guns and a rocket launcher on his head, in a battle to the death?
What about in a dance off?
What about in a cookery battle?
What about in a "best cane" competition when all you have is a bottle of 100 emo tears?

Combine in a plethora of styles until it looks like the above dish, i.e. closely resembling a pair of misshapen breasts.

Yeah, check these out, some be funny, some be humourous most are drunk. At some point I'll try to collect all the stories and anecdotes from the trip, which will be largely unsuccessful I fear...

Pre Holiday shinanigans
I appear to be writing this well after anything happened, but so I vaguely remember what I used my life for, here is what I may have done:Friday Night: Traversed to Bromley for alcohol consumption at ye olde wetherspoons of Bromley, and then I think we came back to Orpington. Where we were all jolly and some such thing like that. Possibly.
Saturday: We attempted to play football, but everyone was rubbish and failed to turn up, so we were like pfft. Then there was the food festival of the year "I know what you ate last summer", needless to say there was food, and beer and much jovality.
Sunday: Easter. Not much happened I think.Monday: I organised a lesbian mud wrestling bonanza on the church green.... no wait, that wasn't monday. What we actually did on monday was go to bluewater to extrapolate some clothing, which was jolly nice, and then chilled round ruffle's wit some games and some hoes...
that wraps it up. Plus its hard to type this and Lost at the same time.

Far2Narf Radio
"because it beats doing work"
mediamaster* lets me stream a radio, which is nice and is available below and to your right ->
It's a mish mash of my favourite albums, so u'll get hit with the likes of emo, punk, rock, jazz, soul (or whatever Norah Jones is) and possibly anything else random on there. It loads in your chosen media player... I think. Maybe someday I'll get some embedded shit on there.
Not that its much use to anyway, but could be a nice backdrop to reading my slightly delirious blog posts as the year goes on.
UPDATE:
I got a flash player. If you don't have Flash. well I pity the fool. I have blatantly stolen this player from Spud's Blog, where he has an awesome interview with the BBC. I'm not sure if he wrote this, or got it from somewhere else, I'll ask him next time he's on "da net" (don't worry I hosted it myself)....
DVD Collection
Oki so I've changed the site I use to put my DVD collection on. It doesn't have all my films for some reason, but it's a hell of a lot more intuitive to view than that list site:
Well that was nearly a wardrobe malfunction
Reminds of that time in warehouse where my trousers fell down and Katie was like roflmaolollerskates....
I win by getting travel insurance for a week in Spain for £5.70 with lots of millions for all sorts of shindigs that could happen to me and my limbs.
Moving on, its so sunny I accidentally managed to waste the day again. Luckily though I didn't discover www.mediamaster.com which lets u upload ur entire music collection (unlimited space) and then u can stream it from where-ever you are. Useful in situations I can't quite think of now but I'm sure will come to me at some point....
Sick and tired of not having sexy automatic updates? Try SyncBak. Its fun and quibble free...
Anyone have Death Cab For Cutie's "Photo Album" album? as I need it or I will implode.
Reminders: On Friday tax year rolls over, so people can put money into their Cash ISAs again. Woo!... Plus in the budget turns out the taxing of cars changed. Which is good for some people with low CO2 emmissions, some people can get tax for just 35 quid or free! Others... like me with a Fiesta 1.6l Ghia gonna have to pay £140.00... damn. 0-60mph in 10.2s comes at a cost.
Enough now.
A request for discussion
k gangstas, I need people's suggestions for improvement of this so called "blog". Not so much about content but more about the design of the page etc.
I quite like the colour co-ordination, even if it goes against my dark backgrounds policy, but it looks a bit "default" if you know what I mean. Obviously I've hacked up the side bar a bit, but any other suggestions?
I warn any "l337" people out there that blogger tends to fuck up a lot of the javascript I put in the template, as I tend to have an "ad-hoc" manner of coding it.
GO! comment away you scally-wags.
Take that Genetic Programming!
In your face. I made it up on campus by 8am, which was a little bit crazy of me, now I'm starting to lag as apparently I need more a mid morning meal to keep me from passing out.
Perhaps coffee will help....
or this cute video of a polar bar cub
I win
It's 7.25 and I've already woken up, shaved, showered and now I'm eating breakfast. And, dear readers, we must remember I am a student.
I feel a bit too awake as well.
Okay kids
I have a sore throat and I need to get up 7am. These may not seem related facts, but we can use them to infer some statements:
- My need to get up at 7am suggests I have some sort of deadline that I haven't done enough work towards.
- My sore throat probably suggests I'm gonna be quite annoyed with the world
- If I'm annoyed and tired in the morning, I'm really not gonna get this work done. Which means Ed will stab me for being useless, and well behind everyone else,
evenincluding Stu.
So Apparently
It would appear the toner ran out, majorly inconvenient if you ask me. MAJORLY. Our distress can be visualised by the above cave wall decoration.
Accrington Stanley
I've decided to coin a new phrase:
Novel Gadget Overloading, or NGOing for short. This occurs in the unlikely event that you get too many gadgets in a short period of time and don't appreciate each one long enough before a new one comes along.
Well that was geeky. In other news I did some work today, which was a bit shocking on all accounts, and resulted in most betting agencies losing vast sums of money. William Hill's stocks have plummeted 75 points in the last 30 minutes alone.
Time to play Pro Evolution 6 in the bath. Cos thats the way I roll.
I made up a word...
it's quantitive. Apparently it doesn't exist. It means, what I can only imagine, quantitative means.
you'd be surprised
at how dull it is writing about water regulatory boards. But it is.
No matter, excitementnewspartyfuntab!!!! Tony Jaa's sister's cousin twice removed from a pot and placed next door to me is back and in the mix. Though I haven't actually seen her, I've heard her and witnessed the destruction of my kitchen's personal space. For all I know she may now be severely disfigured and it might just be someone who stole her keys.
I'm tired of April Fools Day, too many people attempting to fool are fools themselves. Apart from google, they rock.
Back to work....
Links I like today....
Google Tisp
Google Paper
World of Warcraft Tinfoil hat
Thinkgeek's latest gadgets
Voice extrapolation from walls
The Pirate Bay's transisiton
Robo-Girlfriend
and check your Facebook news feed.....
Recent Camera Porn
Well that was boring. Not enough excitement happening and I'm feeling quite Emo, maybe I'm going crazy without people around *twitches*

Interesting
An interesting quote I have blatantly stolen from Slashdot without even a hint at acknowledging the author (emphasis untouched):
"Everyone's a sheep. Modern neuroscience pretty much confirms that most of us run on autopilot most of the time. The real question is, who's your shepherd?
I think the average Slashdotter mostly agrees with Jesus about this. The difference is, the average Slashdotter believes that he's not a sheep, and sees this as insulting. Well, reality check. You are. But who's your shepherd? If there's a single most important decision you can make in your life, it's this. Is it Jesus? Mohammad? Richard Stallman? Pamela Jones? Jimmy Carter? Al Gore? Brad Pitt? Your parents? A good friend? A friendly and knowledgeable professor at school?
A little bit back on topic, is anyone else disturbed that unwavering belief in the theory of evolution has become a litmus test for intelligence?"
So..
I was born in a city in Bangladesh
All my homeys agree I'm the best
and the young fillies say that I'm fresh
but I wasn't really born in Bangladesh
I was born in a city in Sri Lanka
All my homeys agree I'm a wanker
and the young fillies want me to spanka...
but I wasn't really born in Sri Lanka
I was born in a city in Dubai
All my homeys agree I'm super fly
and the young fillies grin oh so wry
but I wasn't really born in Dubai
I was born in a city in London
Actually I wasn't it was in kent, and it wasn't a city, and in theory, although I say Folkstone it was actually Ashford hospital.....

Enough deals now.
I succeeded again in very little yesterday except to organise a meeting with Ed for today. I think he hates me. I see it in his eyes. Even though I haven't actually seen him yet.... I suspect its my constant stupidity and lack of knowing what I'm doing.
Which could be awkward as I'm going to ask him what I'm meant to be doing today. Interestingly I'm only in Exeter for another 7 days and with nothing achieved already, everything's going really well.... IN SARCASM LAND
Tesco lamb rogan josh is lush. Eatage. If only Ryan gigs was English. I also need to get my hair cut. What? I don't need to logically link sentences, that would be a ridiculous waste of my limited intelligence.
What is a good use you ask? Well getting 75% on a piece of coursework I did in a night, and then lost a load of it, at 6.30am and having to re do it. Classic getting away with it skills there. Which means the two modules we've actually completed, I've averaged 90-sommit and 79. Though the 90-sommit module will no doubt be scaled down cos they hate Caucasians. And who could blame them.
Those chaps at Amazon
are jolly nice. I ordered the Creative Zen Vision W 30gb mp3 player from them for £145.55 a few days ago (+ student discount and free pnp) but then yesterday the price went down to £139.99. Emailed them and within an hour I got refund for the difference (£5.56). So in total I got an mp3 player which has more features, better compatibility and higher visual and sound quality than an ipod, for only £132.72.
*thrust* woooooof
more info on their price drop policy here.
Deal Of The Day
Brand New's "Your Favourite Weapon" and "Deja Entendu" double album pack for just £7.48.
So bargainous I may have to buy it. Oh I did.
Guest poster today:
Today we have kindly been joined by Mr Irony, to deliver a post of the up most staggering quality:
Interestingly, while utilising what is commonly known as "Orange Wednesdays" for the purpose of extrapolating two motion picture tickets, to allow admission to the artistic venture known as 300, for the price of one of these aforementioned motion picture tickets, we were approached by a sprightly young lad in the employment of Vue Entertainment. He announced to us if we may partake in a scheme that had recently commenced, with which members of the proletariat may act as watchers on behalf of Vue Entertainment's work force. These chosen few should assist, with limited enthusiasm, the act of observing the fellow motion picture viewing ensemble to assess for unscrupulous members of the community who greatly despise Copyright legislation. If these selected outlaws of society are found wanting in possession of image recording apparatus and paraphernalia then hence forth the chosen spectators will report, with much haste, the preceding act of treasonous villainy to the nearest authoritative figure in the employment of Vue Entertainment. On completion of the task in hand, irregardless of eventfulness of the specified duration of observation, Vue Entertainment will relinquish the treasure-like assets of two motion picture tickets for any moving image production in the continual future.
So in conclusion, we got 4 tickets for the price of 1. Shay zam mon ami, shay zam.

Turns out the PS3 is the fastest selling console. I there was me thinking it did crap cos it was still on the shelves. Turns out they made a lot.
Right well I have no inspiration and I suspect my computer may do that mysterious clunky thing at any point. So I'm off to campus, and then seeing the 300 avec la Stu and the nice people at Orange
Tip of the Day: If you have orange and want Orange Wednesdays, don't text them. It costs you 35p, if you just ring 241 its completely free and u get the text exactly the same. Winner.
A day to be annoyed with.
I'm sure at some point today I worked out an awesome introduction to this blog in my head. Unfortunately my head has the retainablity of a sieve.
Things that have made me annoyed today:
- The Post Office again FAILED to delivery my House Season 2 DVDs. So I went to pick it up 4 hours later from the Post Office like they said. So I went there and they couldn't find it saying "Oh we still have 2 drivers out". I was like "k man, no sweat". So I went there just now (5.12pm) and dude couldn't find it and claimed they prolly still out. REALLY? STILL? no doubt they've lost it, so I'll go there tomorrow and kick up a fuss.
- Last night my computer was mad wack noisy. So doing as any good Computer Scientist does, I opened it up and proceeding to poke the fan in the Power Supply Uni (PSU) to make it shut up. It did. 5 minutes later my computer overheated and turned off. Turns out I broke the fan. Bastards. So I poked some more. turns out there was still electricity in there. So after nearly dislocating my shoulder jerking away from the electric shock I went to sleep.
- I then woke up at like 10 instead of 7 which annoyed me some more, as did the blasted cleaner. (Hi sally!)
- As a continuation I then went to PC world in the morning to buy a new PSU which was 40 quid, and on top of that I bought a VGA to DVI adapter which was 15 quid!!! (and normally have so many I'm drowning in them).
- Fixed computer, all seemed fine. Then lots of clunking and it kept crashing....
- I've wasted this afternoon completely and didn't get down to the old library to work. or Gym.
- I'm had no Dr Pepper Today.
- Amazingly beautiful day and v.hot. Just how I like it.
- I finally got the A Heartwell Ending album, and its good, though not had a chance to listen to much of it.
- My old number has finally transferred to my new phone. Woo. I'm in business
- I got my second 19" monitor today in ze post. Now I have awesomeness incarnate in the visual department.
- My PC randomly started working again, who knows how or why. I won't question it.
- I got my second monitor! It's sexual! Wooo
- I worked for a bit in the Cafe Ritazza earlier today and got some washing done
Far2Narf Band Watch:
A Heartwell Ending....
you know the drill, pop emo myspace band. Teen angst times 7. Seems good? Can't find their album yet though or even a wikipedia entry. One of their songs called "If Loox Could Kill" reminds me of the ye olde Brand New lyrics:
"If looks could really kill, then my profession would be staring...."
Look here loyal readers
you may be quick to jump to your "informed" decisions, thinking "oh that tom there, he's only just got up at 10.51am, he's a lazy good for nothing rodent". Surprisingly although you'd normally be right, today I have thrown aside normal stereotypes and splashed water in the face of omnipotent prejudice to wake up at 8am, have breakfast, a shower, do my weekly Tesco shop at big Tesco and fix my computer from crisis already. Take that.
Needless to say, I see it fit to continue this marvelous venture without delay. Except to write this. and a bit more drivel first. For instance, did you know I can't even fill up my car for £25 when there's still some petrol in it. Thats blasphemy. Well it isn't but you get the point.
Right, now I plan to go to the long lounge to do a bit of work, as I have a suspicion that they serve tom yum goong (though I may be wrong) which is a Thai dish with prawns which is also actually the original Thai name for The Warrior King film. If I didn't rule so much I'd suck...
Addiction: Dr Pepper
Guilty Pleasure: Justin Timberlake - What Goes Around...Comes Around

It's all very well
taking a pot noodle on to campus with me, but if I don't have any utensils I have to frickin' attempt to drink boiling hot pot noodlie goodness. Note To Self: I like the word frick. Use it more often.
Returning to our old foe, Daylight Savings, its also not even sunny, so the earth is not actually utilising this new daylight to the best of its abilities. Plus they haven't altered the time-restricted vending machines, just to mock me at 4pm.
No matter, thanks to actually doing some work, looks like I finally understand why Ed suggested (feel free to phase out, none AI people) to use Genetic Programming for building decision trees. The main reason I was like "w00t?" was because I didn't think he meant for doing that, so when I shot him down and he agreed with me, he must have secretly thought "duuuude, this boi be wack". Or some other gangsta related slang.
Now away with thee, I have to continue my data mining research.
Starting a campaign against saving the daylight
Though I suspect I'd regret that, cos I do like my daylight. I just also need my sleep. How did my plan go yesterday you ask? Well I reply, craply. I lost. *le sigh*
Right. So what would you do if ur kitchen bin has maggots in it?... I'm thinking of leaving it and running away? Or I could pour hot water in there *ponders* Some of them appear to be on my floor as well. Dammit.
Luckily I found a dust pan and brush...
And defeated their perimeter defenses, with one eye kept on their castle fort (bin). As any cub scout will tell you, "fuck off you old twat". With that in mind, I was luckily well prepared and had a pre-boiled kettle at hand....
Then Act 3 was a toilet scene, but for common decency I will not show that before the watershed you lucky lucky folk, much to Sam's dismay I'm sure. Ah... the life and times of me. This is how I don't get any.... SHIT PASTA... phew, its oki, and I have a nice caeser tuna salad now with no maggots in. At least I can't see any.

Oh noes!
I lost at life again, or to be more specific waking up at a decent hour so I can go to the gym and get a decent amount of work done. As now the same thing will happen as it always does, and that is I apple fritter the day away, without a care for my future.
Well not today slightly less loyal readers than 2 months ago! I'm back from black and I'm going to rehab... or whatever that crazy woman says.
You may have noticed I put a very pretentious new side box called "Greatest Hits" where I put a small selection of my best posts. Cos well, it was better than working. Its definitely not finished, as I couldn't remember 95% of my posts and I didn't have the time to go through them all. So if you're up for doing that: comment with your favourite posts.
Plan for the day? Well if you're asking:
- Eat Breakfast and do the shower thang (tickets £10.50 at the door)
- Sort out my notes.
- Post Items of post
- Research like a raggedy motherfucker
- Eat Lunch while researching
- Head back for Din Dins
- Research more.
- Win.
I'm still alive..
you say? Supposedly so, though many a myth was created in my absence where mighty foe were defeated by quick wit and an impeccable amount of poor updating of blogs. Luckily not as bad as everyone else I know, but that is nairely (<- I made this word up) the point. I decided that although I've missed a lot of updates, the longer I wait to do any, the more I'll have to do. So hopefully I fill in the space later and link back to them. If I can remember what I did.
So what have I done recently? I shall tell you via the medium of images. And words.
Tom's Past Week In Picture And Word Format:
On Saturday I went home to Orpington
with Sarah
for Mother's day
There was a tortoiseI got a new phone (k800i)
On Wednesday I returned to Exeterand Alex and I
went a drinking to Ye Olde Firehouse
then watched my new copy of The Warrior King - Awesome...
Today Stu and I
went to la Cinema to see TMNT. It was pretty awesome
So take that. I updated. Now I must do something productive like sleep and wake up at 7 to go to the gym and then work all day like a rancid motherfucker. Which is ironically quite similar to how a normal person would work, just with more rancid motherfucking....

and so
this guy totally wins, 100 year old kung fu man.
Current Status: Finally fixed my Evolutionary Algorithm, turns out Java has referencing/copying shit. So I had to clone some arrays. Bastards.
perpetuality?
Possibly so. Every day I try and go to bed early, and generally moderately fail (note time), and so I also try to wake up early. and of course fail spectacularly. All in the hope I might finally use a day efficiently and not waste my life. Hopefully one day not be ill as well.
We wait in hope. In the mean time, go watch Heroes and 24, they rule your dirty dirty whore socks off.
Goddamit
I hate illness. It makes me feel ill. Thats my excuse for not blogging, I will update it all at some point and not just with crappy youtube videos. I also have insane amounts of work to do. Except I'm not doing it, cos I'm using the race illness card, cos I'm cool like that.
More stuff needs to happen on facebook, otherwise whats the point of me sitting here hittin the refresh button? well? answer me that, along with your face.
Annoyingly, ever since I got a 5 button mouse I've been trying to hit the 4th button on everything, like this crappy uni mouse, or this Dr Pepper can or this hot asian girl...
Okay I lie, there's no Dr Pepper Can

Accidently pwnage
So after a hard day's being lectured at, what better way to unwind than a drink or two at the old lemon grove... but wait, in classic M. Night Shyamalan style, a rabid twist appeared from the murky depths, and reared its ugly head.
It was quiz night.
But no ordinary quiz, oh no no, this one involved the chance of competing in some crazy finals/rounds where we could win 5000 quid at some point in the distant future. Anyway we accidentally entered under the name "Your Mum" to much hilarity. Unfortunately then via a combination of Chris' knowledge, fantastic origami making by Katie, and a poor attempt at a Rubik's cube by me, we won the quiz and 75 quid.
So we went to Arena and spent our winnings on cheap cocktails (50p at one point!) which was quite humourous, apart from the photos that were then taken. Damn everyone.
Happy Valentine's Day
I shall be celebrating my own custom-built celebration, aptly named Time-To-Be-Emo Day.

Mike: the grudge is alright... maybe 6.5/10
Tom: I heard it was good
Tom: and I like sarah michelle gellar's bottom
Mike: well indeed u raise a very good point
Tom: I do when I see her bottom *gaffaws*
Mike:
I'm in a mood to sigh
*sighs*.
I like to write down lyrics as my headphones sing them to me. It feels like I've achieved something.
I like being in a large empty room, because I can't be judged, and only my hair knows that it's stupid.
I like listening to music when walking, because it becomes your theme, and you can find its intricacies.
I like to pretend.
I like to be good enough friends with people that you can insult each other jovially.
I like long words where there should be short words, and short words where there should be long words.
I'd also like to think that Ad and Stu aren't gonna mock my soul for this post.
Luckily I hear the best format of defense is attack, so I shall premptively suggest that "they don't have their respective faces".

new Top Gear. Funny. Watch.
I leave you with this
Bar FTSE
I'm sure by now ladies and gentleman you know what a wonderful event this is. Drink price fluctuations, alcohol coming out you're eyes. The whole shabang. With added skillery me and stu went into the Lemmy at 5.30 to start our night of drinking. Little did I know the pain that would ensue.
By 9 the market opened, and drink flow increased. Chloe and Alex also turned up and we carried on the consumption. Soon after this the lemmy was the shut and we paraded off to my abode for a higher rate of beverage. Apparently Stu was insulting Chloe, I have no doubt. We ended up drinking till 6.30am, which = way to late to stay up to drink.
So now I feel like a monkey has snuck into my stomach and bred lots of ickle half monkey half alcoholics in there. The bastards.
British Mac Ads with Peep Show guys
I was like cool
Then I realised they were crap cos they just copied the US ones poorly.
*sighs*
I wish I was doing something awesome with my life instead of wasting it doing not much. Like I know I'm doing my masters, but meh I just seem to spend half the time watching youtube(kitty and more kitty) or getting nothing productive done.
And now I'm jealous of my mum cos she might be going rambling all around the world, like Australia, New Zealand, Singapore etc. Talking of New Zealand, young Rexxor has just penetrated its border with great success. *tips hat to rex who he is also jealous of*
However I did watch Brick today which was seriously good, cheers Icelandic Dan for suggesting that. I also watched the latest ep of Smallville which blatantly rips off an episode from Buffy.
SWEET!
I really wanna see the Green Wing Special that I missed. But the DVD is mad wack expensive.
Look
There's a considerable difference between being atheist and being anti-Christian. Learn it people.
Some people get almost religious, with a fanatical hate for religion. Thats not the way to be, unless you plan to enter the miss/mr ignorant pageant 2007.
Where are my elephants?!
Said Tony Jaa after knee fucking you in the skull. Cos thats how he rolls. I bought Ong Bak today for 4 quid from Virgin. now thats bargainous. I also got ripped off my streetsonline (woolworths) so I shall have to beat them up, as I will now end up with a duplicate order sent to me.
Sports Update: Arsenal came back to destroy Man United, so I am feeling the win. Except van persie somehow broke his foot between the end of the match and the dressing room. O'Sullivan got back to his old awesome self and one the Saga Masters. And Murray lost to Nadal, only because he fell apart in the 5th set.
crazy? I'll tell you whats crazy

So....
Computer Science has as much to do with computers, as Astronomy has to do with telescopes.
And Artificial Intelligence has as much to do with robots, as Computer Science has to do with computers.
Computer science is not about fixing computers. Or making computers. What is it? If I could describe that I wouldn't be telling you what it isn't. Wikipedia on the other hand says:
"Computer science, or computing science, is the study of the theoretical foundations of information and computation and their implementation and application in computer systems."
In relation to this, choose me a project to do! From here

In late august of 1972 in a town near Staffordshire, a small orphaned girl who lived in dire poverty was desperately searching for some water for her terribly parched lips. She stumbled into a wooded area, where she found a well, she was about to use the last of her strength to pull up the bucket from the bottom of the well, when an evil and wicked local businessman savagely butchered her. All that was left of her were her eyeballs and her beloved teddy bear. Her ghost now searches this earth for all who live immoral lives.
Now you have read this message you must play this awesome game and steal ten people's underwear so they may know her plight, otherwise you will hear a knocking on your bedroom door at exactly midnight, 2 days from now, and the spirit of that girl will butcher you and steal your soul. You have 48 hours.
The other morning
I had a mug of coffee so strong that I seemed to fall out of the realm of existence. I fear they've replaced caffeine with some other drug that creates internal clarity but prevents me from focusing on the world. Which turned out useful when trying to work (not sarcasm).
Also what's "rules OK!" about, why does no one graff it anymore..... oh yeah cos it sucks.
Like mike, I've recently been addicted to my DS lite, which I should note rules, especially nadal tennis. But I'm thinking I should either find or create a word processor for it, cos I could do very mobile work then.
I also wanna get a brand New t-shirt, but it needs to be emo enough. Also I want a laptop, as I keep saying, but I realised that getting a big screen is NOT actually good in the slightest. Is it worth getting a refurb'ed Macbook? Discuss
And finally, when reading journals it appears that 50% of the useful information is in the introduction and 40% in the conclusion. The rest is just gumpf.
Ze weekend
Had a dope weekend, which started out with some excellent traversing from exeter to Bristol in my so called "Automobile" once there, I stabbed Adam, and stole his corpse and cory in my car. Soon we were gliding down the m4 towards the orp de porp, where we drove into the Harvy and caused mass carnage.
I also had an alcohol free beer...
Then to the sleep, and onwards in the morning to try and get some work done (which I didn't) and then out to the Harvy as ya do for a weekend celebrating Rex's departure into the unknown. and his birthday. From there we went to our normal Rileys spot in Victoria, then onto KFC and a jazz bar that we decided not to go in O.o.
So we went to Llyods and chilled, good day. Then on sunday I attempted to get some work done. failed. so we back on first class train, cos I'm dope like that. And worked from 9pm till 5.30am with the Midnight Muskateers (me, stu and dan). Nuff said.
It would appear
my ipod shuffle has replaced my old mp3 player without me really planning it to. It's just so light and sexy. It even has built in protection for a variety of events, for instance if it becomes unclipped it won't fall to the floor cos its so light the headphones can suspend it in the air.
Not only that, but if u stupidly drop it in your washing up bowl... like I did today, it floats and hence reduces the amount of water it touches. I think.
Assuming its still working....
What I like
Walking home from campus at night with fantastic music in my ears, with a light level of rain, which is just "sprinkly" enough so that the wind whips it around in small vortexs and is reflected by the orange glow of the lamp-posts.

Is scared.
Like that time. When there were two drunk girls. And no similies or metaphors could save him
It's alright, I've got my affairs in order.
Ruffle is to carry out mass genocide to avenge my death.
Sorted.
UPDATE: Don't worry I may get out of it with my excellent wit and this jar of peanut butter.
New Years Resolution
Without any jokes, it is ACTUALLY 1440x900, because I got my new monitor today. I'd say more but well, there's not much you can say about an awesome 19" widescreen Acer monitor with 5msec response rate for £139.99 from Amazon, is there?....
New Years Resolutions:
- Sleep at 11pm, get up at 8am
- Take care of my heart: Go to the gym at least 5 times a week
- Plan and do work in advance
- Do Project365(as mike suggests) -
- Do things even if I can't be bothered/am scared.
- Use spare time productively i.e. to increase my knowledge
- Be Better
- Keep my room in a tidy, workable state
- Play the guitar regularly
- Don't use campus vending machines
- Enjoy life.
I'm not fucking listening to the spice girls
okay yes I am. Damn you all. So matlab has totally foxed me beyond belief, so I'm gonna do the only thing that seems sensible, and try and force Stu to drink beer.
as I always say
If you have not much else, at least have a damn good blog. Unfortunatly mine has wavered a bit in quality, but don't worry, fear my insane ramblings to come and beyond.
Soon I shall post my new years resolutions, and no crazy ass white trash computing jokes either. However I shall hail this week, the week of the headbanging trilogy.
- On Tuesday I bang my head on the corner of my door as I walked into it
- Yesterday I smashed my eyebrow on the corner of a cupboard above my wardrobe
- And today I walked straight into my Kitchen's roof.....
Now back to matlab you distractingly seductive fools.
